Support our fundraising effort to make a documentary film short explaining the history & goals of the Black Lives Matter At School Movement.

Please donate to help us build this movement!

Black Lives Matter At School started in the 2016-2017 school year as a day of action in Seattle and then became a week of action in the Philadelphia schools. In 2018, we organized the National Black Lives Matter Week of Action in Schools, and thousands of teachers participated in over 20 cities by teaching the 13 guiding principles of the Black Lives Matter Global Network. The 2019 Week of Action is scheduled for February 4-8th and you can learn more about the movement at:

We are now raising money to create a documentary to explain the history and goals of the movement for Black lives in education. Donate what you can and help us reach our goal.

With your help the #BlackLivesMatterAtSchool movement can achieve its national demands:

1. Ending zero tolerance in our schools; replace with restorative justice
2. Hire and retain more Black teachers
3. Black studies & ethnic studies now
4. Fund counselors, Not cops
